We express our sincere appreciation to all of our donors and sponsors who have given, in some way, to help Habitat for Humanity Orillia/Lake Country reach our goal of eliminating poverty housing. You have shown that you have the will to make a difference in the lives of low-income families. And a special thank you to the many extraordinary donors and employees of donor companies who also volunteered their time during the past year, helping out with our fundraising events.

We are very fortunate to have received generous donations from many local companies, organizations and faith groups. Habitat for Humanity Orillia/Lake Country relies on private donations - we receive no government funding to build homes. Some groups take a lead role in a construction project by sponsoring a home, others get involved by partnering on one or more build days. Exciting opportunities exist for every donor.

Thanks to these groups, low-income families can escape poverty housing and become home owners, children can have the chance to realize their potential in a safe, decent and stable home, and strong communities can be built.
